Are you a new yoga teacher that could benefit from assistance in finding your path? Are you a seasoned teacher looking for further study, refining your teaching, or a shot of inspiration?

 

I am now offering individualized one on one mentoring for teachers. Programs can run for a mutually agreed upon period of time with one month being the minimum commitment.  We will work one on one to develop your teaching, discuss yoga, and make a plan to address your questions, desires, and goals as a yoga teacher. Portions of the program can be completed on Skype for teachers outside of Portland, Oregon.

 

The program could include exploration of the following topics or ones of your design:

 

• Sequencing classes

• Developing potent and resonant class themes. Learn to teach from both your heart and your intellect and develop your unique offering as a teacher

• Chris will attend/observe your classes and provide feedback

• Learn to teach skillfully with music

• Private yoga sessions

• Deepen your study of asana, mantra, meditation

• Discover ways to deepen your practice and study

• Network and communicate with other yoga teachers

• Unlimited access to email/phone/text conversations with Chris during the period of mentorship

• Assist Chris’ classes

• And more….
