Weekly Classes

Chris offers three different styles of weekly classes at Atrium. Class content and focus changes monthly in order to provide students with learning opportunities, consistency in skill building, and repeated self inquiry.

  • Hatha

    Explore alignment and action in detail from the inside out using props, precision, discussion, and demonstration.

  • Hatha Flow

    A hybrid of Hatha and Vinyasa that leans toward the Hatha side in structure, pacing, and instructional style

  • Vinyasa (All Levels) & Vinyasa (Level 2)

    Alignment based with an emphasis on dynamic, creative movement. Includes music.
