“His teaching goes beyond the surface of just poses and invites real connection, reflection and growth. Chris’s teaching is refreshingly free of pretense or performance. What I appreciate most is the balance he strikes in class: a thoughtful blend of challenge and acceptance. His knowledge of both yoga and the human body is remarkable, and his ability to connect with each student individually, even with a group setting, is truly special.”
